Duties of each officer:

Chair:

• To conduct the meeting in an orderly fashion. 
• To prepare and distribute the agenda, with the assistance of other trusted servants.
• To fill in, or assign an individual to fill in, for any Trusted Servant(s) not present.
• To maintain a record book of SDIG Minutes and keep them available for Group Represeentatives\' inspection.  
• To appoint all committee chairs.
• Any other duties as assigned by the SDIG.

Co-Chair: 

• To perform the duties of Chair or Secretary when either is absent. 
• To assist the Chair in parliamentary procedures, such as roll call and points of order.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Chair or SDIG.
